Maintenance Options
US Residential Elevator offers a variety of service options for you to choose from. Depending on your equipment and the usage, you may only need service on an annual basis. With the proper maintenance program you can eliminate costly repairs which could far exceed the cost of a regular maintenance program.
Monthly - US Residential Elevator's trained technicians visit your home monthly and inspect and service your elevator. This level of frequency is obviously the best as it helps allow our technicians to determine possible problems before they occur. Pricing is determined based on site locale, elevator model and system age.
Quarterly - Each quarter our trained service technicians will make a service call at your home and inspect and service your elevator. Inspection will include all electrical and mechanical systems as well as routine lubrication. Pricing is determined based on site locale, elevator model and system age.
Annually - The annual checkup allow our technicians to take an in depth look at your system and service your elevator for the coming year. Inspection will include general operation, electrical and mechanical systems, manufactures recommended yearly maintenance as well as lubrication and adjustment. Pricing is determined based on site locale, elevator model and system age.
On Call Service - We are always happy to visit your home and service or repair your residential elevator on an 'On Call' basis. We are happy to help!
